Thank you for visiting the Guam Latte Medical Plaza website.  The Guam Latte Medical Plaza is an exciting new retail and medical development located on Route 3 in Guam’s most populated village, Dededo and close in proximity to the Anderson Air Force Base and new US Marine Corps base in northern  Guam.  The Medical Plaza is strategically located immediately adjacent to Guam’s newest private hospital, the Guam Regional Medical City.   It is intended as a  " Place for Healing", where Island residents can visit to seek health, medical and wellness-related services, medicine and supplies.  

The Plaza is an 8 acre mixed-used Project and shall provide a blend of doctor’s clinics, skilled nursing facilities, hospice care, senior and memory care, retail shops,  a coffee shop, hemodialysis unit, Veteran's- related care, an organic grocery store, flower shop, dry cleaners, a Health & Wellness center, chiropractic services, acupuncture , yoga and fitness center, physical therapy, and other retail and medical establishments intended to complement the private hospital, and to provide a one-stop area for our community to seek health and wellness.
